今天有個愉快又有意義的聚會
跟幾位科技界的前輩一起聽取本地年輕世代的創業提案
不但提供意見與引導更重要的還要投入可以回收的資金
具體的實現了橫山論壇的創立使命: 透過人力資源連結與跨領域合作, 促進城鄉發展.
戰後嬰兒潮的科技創業家們都已近退休年齡
所以他們現在的投資報酬率不只是看金錢回收也看成就感
與對地發展與永續傳承的使命
讓年輕世代在我們的家鄉有好的發展
才可能為退休的科技人
建利退休後的桃花源
台灣城鎮景觀進步緩慢 但卻是健康的有機成長
今天在竹東鎮看到的幾個場景
看到年輕人追求美好生活的努力！
他們找回傳統
但是用當代具有世界性的手法
演譯以客家為主場的生活方式
年輕人有想法有創意
但是缺乏視野與資金
需要前輩引導與投資

庚子年春談企業家的社會責任 Discussing the Social Responsibility of Entrepreneurs in the Spring of the Year of the Rat

老家在竹東, 他關心家鄉的發展, 問說政府台三線的政策做的怎樣了？從龍潭到卓蘭沿線許多客家聚落有沒有完整的資源調查？如閒置的三合院, 廢棄的茶工廠等！我說大哉問，企業家關心文化但總是會從基礎著手！這問題我們可能要去找客委會聊聊才知道.
我接著說這些數據我不知, 不過我來回於台三線上有注意到整個地區是在有機的成長！在地民更有意識的實踐以本地為主場的生活方式. 像是竹器編織的藝師八十多歲了還可以經營, 現在連兒子也回來準備接班. 新時代的來臨是結合智慧製造與生活型態的經濟, 我想本地是很有機會成為結合智慧科技與城鄉文化生活的智慧桃花源.

我們這戰後嬰兒潮後期的人現在都以六十歲左右, 許多事業有成的人開始思考人生的下一個階段, 有的人在竹北置產, 也有人選擇在山頭上把早自己理想的園地. 我想有機會我們應該多聯繫討論, 除了自己玩享受退休生活, 也該想想能為下一代打造怎樣的一個平台, 讓我們的下一代可以在這片土地上發展出新的產業！就相當年我們的祖先在此從樟腦茶糖建立了基業.
We, the late Baby Boomers, are now around sixty years old. Many of us, who have achieved success in our careers, are beginning to think about the next stage of life. Some are buying properties in Zhubei, while others are choosing to establish their ideal retreats in the mountains. I think we should stay connected and discuss our future more often. Beyond enjoying our retirement, we should also think about how we can build a platform for the next generation, allowing them to develop new industries on this land, just as our ancestors once established their foundations here with camphor, tea, and sugar.
